These wines have all been hand-picked with two simple criteria; first, they are designed to match the textures and flavours in our menu, and second, they have to be outstanding expressions of the grape variety. We also place great emphasis on the terroir of all our wines, which captures the subtle variations of any single vintage and expresses the place they come from.
