Please note - reservations can be made via this system up to 2 hours prior to the booking time. On the days when we are closed, reservations will appear unavailable. On Meal Periods we are fully booked, reservations will appear unavailable however you can be placed on a waiting list. For reservations of parties of six guests or more, please call 1300 CHOP IT.

Our reservations policy

So that we can look after you please provide us with the following information:

• The full name and mobile contact number of the person who is authorised to make the booking;
• The number of diners in your party;
• Whether you have dined with us before;
• If any of the members of your party have specific dietary requirements or allergies so we may accommodate these in advance;

All reservations are confirmed in the 24 hours prior to the booking. We will endeavour to contact you, however if we are unable to reach you, Chophouse reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations.

Please note that once made, reservations cannot be altered or cancelled via this online system. To cancel or change a reservation please email reservations@chophouse.com.au or call 1300 CHOP IT. We accept reservations up to four months in advance.
